What syncs to Memoran Web

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Default behavior

Memoran Desktop is local-first. Indexing a Figma file creates a local searchable library on the user’s computer. Data is synced to Memoran Web only when the user connects a Memoran Web account and triggers Web sync, or enables automatic Web sync from Settings.

Clear consent moments

Memoran should ask for clear user consent before enabling Web sync, automatic Web sync, public share links, or expanded diagnostic uploads beyond standard support telemetry.

Automatic sync

Automatic Web sync is opt-in, available only for eligible plans, and runs at most every 30 minutes. Manual sync has a cooldown to avoid unnecessary load. Sync waits while local indexing or page updates are running.

Public links

A public link exposes only the synced results included in that share. If search filters are active, the share can represent those filtered results. Users should be able to review and remove active public links from Memoran Web.
