## What changed

- Rebuilt the desktop app with the current approved Figma OAuth app credentials.
- Sign out now clears stored Figma OAuth configuration in addition to tokens and browser session state.
- Prevents stale OAuth client IDs from being reused after switching accounts.
- Keeps the smarter Memoran Web sync behavior from 0.1.36.

## Verification

- Desktop build passed.
- Tauri release build completed.
- DMG was signed and notarized by Apple.
- `Memoran.app` inside the DMG was accepted as `Notarized Developer ID`.
